Big cork vineyards OFFER REDEMPTION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END OF SUMMER BASH 2025 ATTENDEES 

Big Cork Vineyards, The Reagan Years and MDTix have worked hard to deliver two options to make up for the final 1/3 of our End of Summer Bash that had to be cancelled due to an area-wide power outage that required the winery to be closed by the local authorities.

The make-up event with the Reagan Years will occur on September 7, from 1-6PM. Also performing will be the Freddie Long Band. We need information from you about your preferences for this event...

Please indicate your preferred option in the form below no later than Wednesday, August 27th at 11:59pm:

Option A. Yes, I will use my existing August 16th tickets to attend a makeup concert on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at BIG Cork Vineyards, featuring The Reagan Years and newly added opening act the Freddie Long Band. Gates will open at 11am that day, Freddie Long and his Band will perform at 12:45, followed by The Reagan Years from approximately 3pm until 5pm. BIG Cork will again have food trucks, wine specials and their entire team on hand to make this a great event! All guests attending that day will need to have a ticket. All guests attending the September 7th make up concert must be age 21+. You must register this preference before August 27, 2025 at 11:59pm.

Option B. I am unable to attend on September 7th, and prefer to receive a $20 coupon for each ticket I purchased for End of Summer Bash, usable towards the upcoming 2025 Big Cork Vineyards Harvest Bash on October 11th or any 2026 Big Cork Vineyards concert series event once sales for those shows begin in late 2025. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you will not be attending the makeup event on September 7, and your original tickets for the End of Summer Bash will be canceled and no longer valid for entry. To receive your coupons, you need to provide your original ticket order number (your order number can be found in the order confirmation that was emailed to you with your original tickets.) and provide the email address that was used when completing your original purchase. A unique coupon code will be emailed to that email address. This offer ends August 27, 2025 at 11:59pm.
